Gina Gauna is the co-founder of Match Vertical Partners, a strategic sales advisory firm that helps B2B revenue leaders turn any rep into a top producer. She spent 30 years in sales leadership, more than 20 of them leading top-performing teams in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, and she built her career on revenue operations, customer experience, and strategic business transformation.
My Story
Before co-founding MVP, Gina held leadership roles at Allegis Group companies Actalent and Aerotek. As Director of the Clinical Research Division, she centralized divisional structures, united cross-functional teams, and put a customer-first strategy into daily practice. Her redesign of the consultant experience raised consultant lifetime value by 90%. Across her corporate career, she scaled new business segments past $1 billion in sales and built enterprise accounts exceeding $100 million annually.
Gina's gift is turning complexity into systems people can run. She took large, messy datasets and distilled them into strategies field teams could execute, an approach that shaped national client programs and now lives inside the Vitality Index. At MVP, she works alongside client teams to remove operational drag, reclaim selling capacity, and make growth repeatable.

Gina holds an Executive MBA from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's in Human Biology from the University of Kansas.
